Bar Night
This is a chill affair to break you into uni life. Y Llofft is your student common room and bar. Come along, meet fellow students, and enjoy a relaxed evening as you settle in.
There's loads of things to enjoy;

- Selection of books, board games, and films
Attending our event
This is a free event - there are no tickets - just come along and enjoy.
Good to know
Y Llofft has many small and large tables, plenty of seating, and large comfy sofas - perfect for chillouts, catch-ups, and big get-togethers. There's also a Smart TV, a PS5, board games, a pool table, and cheap drinks for you to enjoy with friends!
Accessibility
- Y Llofft is located on the first floor, accessible via stairs (approx 20 steps) and a lift. There is even flooring throughout.
- There are toilet facilities on the ground floor, including a disabled toilet with baby changing facilities.
- There’s good lighting throughout the venue.

Ticketed Event
Some events have limited spaces. If a Book Now button appears within the description you must register before you can attend. For these events please only book if you know you can make it. You can also let us know if you can’t attend so we can offer your space to someone else.
Refunds
Event tickets and booking fees are non-refundable, unless;
- You give us at least ten working days notice
- We postpone or cancel the event.
- Or the event has been changed significantly from the original advertisement.

Photography & Video
Photographs and videos may be taken at our events. By booking on to our event, you grant us (UWTSD Students’ Union) full rights to use the resulting images. If you do not wish to be photographed, please let us know by getting in touch or speaking with the on-site photographer.
