        Come join us on our trip to Les Deux Alpes!

 

Have you ever seen snow? Snow covering everything, snow that’s feet deep? Ever been 3600m above sea level cruise 2000m back down to your accommodation?

Come with us to one of the oldest ski resorts in France, Les Deux Alpes & have unforgettable memories! From scenery you may never have seen before, meeting new friends, learning a new hobby  but be warned though your life might end up following the snow! Racking up mile's of ski mileage or fully engaging in apres ski at the of the day!

We are teaming up with NUCO travel for an opportunity like no other at university

We will be flying out and back so no 12hr+ coach ride (Maybe some of you were looking forward to that)

Dates 16/12/23 – 23/12/23

By signing up to this event you take personal responsibility to ensure that all passports/ visa requirements are up to date and valid! (Passports must have 3 months left before expiry)

This event is only open to fully paid members of TSD Snowsports and associate members of TSD Snowsports(at a slightly delayed release)

All trip member MUST have full snowsports travel insurance to be allowed on the trip (we can help with finding budget friendly providers)

 

How it works -

Booking this Free ticket expresses your interest, we will then contact you privately to give you the SU details to pay for your flights

You will then have 7 days to pay the full price of the flights once payment details have been sent to you

If someone fails to pay in the 7 days they will be notified about this and their place will then be offered to the first name on the waiting list

 

Flights - £257.00  This is the price of your flight and 20kg hold baggage (board bags/ski bags will need to be added on and incur an extra cost, when we contact you please respond if you would be intrested in extra luggage)

 

Transfers from Swansea to Bristol will be provided by the society

Transfers from Grenoble to Les Duex Alps is inclued in the NUCO trip price

 

Once you have booked your flights you will be sent a link to pay your deposit and remaining balance to NUCO

 

Deposit to be paid to NUCO to confirm your place – £150

Full Price to be paid for base trip (Accommodation, lift pass, Airport transfer (French side), Trip T-shirt trip & Beanie, In-resort Discounts ) -  £559 including £75 security deposit  (£409 to be paid after your deposit)

The Security deposit is returned to individuals after the trip as long as there are no damages to accommodation or NUCO transport

Remainder to be paid in full by 2nd November

 

Please note your place will not be confirmed until both flights are paid and deposit is paid to NUCO

Please note Accommodation is SELF-CATERING make sure to budget for food and drink for the whole week!

To the right is the sort of room that's on offer, we will be able to give more pictures and info nearer the time (this is only an exmaple!)

You will be sharing rooms (around 4-6 per room, will confirm once rooms have been allocated)
