Have you gone to a BUCS fixture and feel like the conditions do not align with BUCS Rules and Regulations (BUCS Regulations link), then the team/club should complete a playing under protest form, including the regulations/rule that they believe the opposition has broken or failed to meet. 

By completing a Playing Under Protest form, the club is able to appeal at the conclusion of a fixture if the team/club feels that the grievances had a direct impact on the result of a fixture or gave an unfair advantage to a team. 

 If a team/club does not complete a Playing Under Protest form, it is assumed the club has accepted the conditions, and a club will not be able to appeal.

When completing a playing under protest form the team captain is expected to provide the form back to the Students Union as soon as possible in order to submit the form to BUCS in a timely manner.
